1. Take SPID (South Padre Island Drive) to Flour Bluff
2. On SPID take Exit Waldron Road
3. Take right (going South) at Waldron Road
4. Follow Waldron Road until it dead-ends at Central Power and Light (CPL)
5. At CPL entry gate, key in the code or request entry to SERF via the answering system
6. After entry beyond the gate go past Parks and Wildlife
7. SERF will be located on the left just before the CPL PowerPlant
